De Mary & May Vegan Peptide Bakuchiol Sun Stick bevat Bakuchiol Extract om de huid te herstellen, 25 soorten Peptiden om de collageensynthese op gang te brengen, en Tocopherol om rimpels te voorkomen. De stick heeft ook een poreus poeder dat talg en olie absorbeert, waardoor de huid glad en droog blijft, zelfs na veelvuldig opnieuw aanbrengen. Met zijn zijdeachtige textuur hecht de zonnestick zich goed aan de huid voor een transparante en frisse afwerking, waardoor het een handige, draagbare optie is om onderweg opnieuw aan te brengen.
Eén van de meest belangrijke factoren van huidveroudering en hyperpigmentatie is de zon. We onderscheiden verschillende soorten straling: UVA (UVA1 heeft een bereik van 340-400 nanometer en UVA2 omvat 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) en UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is voor ons niet merkbaar omdat de ozonlaag ons hiertegen beschermd.

Ingredients we love
- Bakuchiol: Een plantaardig alternatief voor retinol. Klinisch bewezen dat het rimpels en hyperpigmentatie verminderd en is, omdat het niet tot de vitamine A familie behoort, veilig om overdag te gebruiken en tijdens de zwangerschap.
- Tocopherol: Een cruciale, in olie oplosbare antioxidant. Beschermt tegen vrije radicalen en versterkt de weerbaarheid van de huid tegen UV.
- Acetyl Hexapeptide-8: Synthetische peptide die water aan zich bindt en zo fijne lijntjes en rimpels vermindert.
- Breng de zonnebrandcrème ongeveer 30 minuten voor je de zon in gaat aan
- Smeer een royale laag op de huid als laatste stap van je (ochtend) verzorgingsroutine
- Breng het elke 2 uur opnieuw aan voor continue bescherming
