De Beauty of Joseon Matte Sun Stick: Mugwort + Camelia is de ideale sunstick om elke 2-3 uur opnieuw aan te brengen. De stick bevat talg-controlerende silica poeder wat een matterend effect geeft zonder plakkerig laagje. Bijvoet en groene thee-extracten zorgen voor een gladde, gehydrateerde en verzorgde huid.
Eén van de meest belangrijke factoren van huidveroudering en hyperpigmentatie is de zon. We onderscheiden verschillende soorten straling: UVA (UVA1 heeft een bereik van 340-400 nanometer en UVA2 omvat 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) en UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is voor ons niet merkbaar omdat de ozonlaag ons hiertegen beschermd.

Ingredients we love
- Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract: Een geneeskrachtig Aryuvedisch kruid met een bekende gele kleur. Staat bekend om zijn ontstekingsremmende, antibacteriële en antioxidante eigenschappen, en werkt mogelijk ook talgregulerend en verhelderend.
- Artemisia Capillaris: Traditionele Hanbang-plant uit Korea die bekend staat om zijn antibacteriële, ontstekingsremmende en verzachtende werking.
- Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract: Een krachtige antioxidant die UV-beschermende, ontstekingsremmende en antimicrobiële eigenschappen heeft, en werkzaam is tegen rosacea, acne en atopische dermatitis.
Gebruikswijze
- Breng de zonnebrandcrème ongeveer 30 minuten voor je de zon in gaat aan
- Smeer een royale laag op de huid als laatste stap van je (ochtend) verzorgingsroutine
- Breng het elke 2 uur opnieuw aan voor continue bescherming

This product worked really well on my oily T-zone. But was not a good fit for the rest of my face. This is a common problem for most people with combination skin. \nI have tried other spf sticks that work beter for me \nIf your skin is on the oilier side, this product would be worth giving a shot

Lovely matte sun stick - goes on smooth, offers great sun protection and does not irritate my skin. When it is very hot I only apply sunscreen, and this one doesn't make it feel like I'm missing out on hydration even though it isn't the main selling point. It's convenient to take along everywhere. And the best is - no sticky hands!"}

Love this sunscreen. I have been using it since 2023. I use this to reapply on my face during the day. I see reviews saying it doesn’t work, but it does for me. I went to the beach and forgot to apply sunscreen, so I rubbed this stick all over my face (because I didn’t have a mirror either). I got sunburned so bad on my body, but my face didn’t. Only on a few spots where I didn’t apply due to not having a mirror. That’s how I know it works. I can only recommend! Never tried it under or over make-up, but that’s not what I use it for, so thumbs up for me!"}

The SPF does its job, I think, it applies well and easily (I've never used it over makeup though), the mattifying effect is very good and the texture of the product is nice. It's kind of hard to get off with just water, but if I use a miscellair water, it's all fine. HOWEVER, the packaging on this is honestly trash. The cap doesn't click on, so you can't be certain if it's on or not, my stick just randomly plopped out once and fell on the floor?? If they change the packaging, I would buy it again, but until they I won't."}

It’s a good product with a velvet finish, but, unfortunately, it does have a white cast, so If you are brown skin it will leave you pale. I bought two so I’m now using it under the eye, on my neck and nap, I have some acne scars and it does make them look lighter."}

Ik wilde deze stick graag omdat ik zag dat je deze ook kon gebruiken over je make up. Alhoewel er niet veel make up op de stick komt, verschuift mijn make up wel erg en is het resultaat niet mooi. Ik gebruik de stick daarom alleen wanneer ik geen make up op doe en vind het resultaat daarbij wel erg goed! Ik breng eerst normale zonnebrand aan, en gebruik de stick voor extra bescherming en om mijn gezicht te matteren. Mijn gevoelige huid wordt niet rood en lijkt zelfs meer gekalmeerd. Het matte effect is erg natuurlijk en blijft lang aanhouden. "}

I like this sun stick sooo much more than the Tocobo sun stick. It gives off a nice mattifying effect on my skin and it doesn't make my face feel sticky or heavy after reapplication. It does smudge my makeup a bit but not noticeable. I highly recommend it for my oily/normal combo girlies!"}

i really dislike this product. it lays on top of the skin really thickly, like a layer of wax and if you sweat or its really hot out it starts looking like melting wax. i hate the feeling of it and it stained my white shirt so badly i had to bleach it multiple times. "}

I purchased this spf specifically for reapplication, because I used to struggle with that in my daily routine. It is a perfect product whenever I already have my dewier (Purito daily go to) sunscreen on, because it doesn't take away my healthy glow, however, it does tone down excessive shine from daily activities. I also tried it with makeup on, and it didn't majorly take off anything. It has a soft finish and doesn't aggravate my sensitivity. "}

De sun stick werkt fantastisch op mijn gevoelige/combinatie huid. Ik heb een vettige T-zone die na mijn skincare heel shiny wordt. Dat probleem heb ik niet meer na het gebruik van deze stick! Daarnaast droogt het mijn huid niet uit en heb ik geen last van irritaties. \nVoor mijn aankoop had ik nog mijn twijfels over de hygiëne hiervan, omdat je het door de dag heen gewoon weer opnieuw kan opsmeren terwijl je buiten bent geweest. Na een paar weken gebruik heb ik geen last gehad van breakouts dus ik denk dat 't daar wel goed mee zit :)"}

I have very pale and oily t-zone skin. For someone with pale skin this leaves no residue/white cast. Mattifies my skin really well. You might have to pat in a very little if you push too hard on the stick while applying, but its really minimal. I do have to admit that its a small stick tho, so easy for travel, but not as much product… for that price (but other brands are the same size, so yea :/) But i really REALLY recommend this for pale skin ! Idk about darker skintones"}
