Mugwort Essence Love it

It was a nightmare for me. Extremely drying , which is very disappointing since it is described as a moisturising and soothing product. My skin is not dry, I have been using skin barrier restoring products for a long time,it is well nourished and this essence has dried it out to the point where I felt great discomfort. I applied it on my face with my hands, as you usually do with essences, and I noticed that even the skin on the inside of my hands was unusually dry as if I used some alcohol ! I have used only a fraction of it, but I can't give it to anyone , because I wouldn't like to mess with their skin barrier. Concidering the price point- total disappointment.

Fijne toner. Hij hydrateert niet super, maar kalmeert en werkt goed voor onzuiverheden in de huid. Ik gebruik deze toner in combinatie met een hydraterende toner en dan mijn verdere routine.

Fantastic stuff. I bought it to calm my skin that got very irritated through combination of cold weather, dry conditioned office air and me continuing to use acidic toner. The state of my skin was pretty bad when I received the product. After one day of use (morning, evening) I got immediate relief. After 4 days no signs of irritation left. After 1 week I noticed that it also very well hydrates the skin. After 3 weeks I have fantastic skin color, no red or dry patches, skin doesn't feel dry in the slightest. Very much recommended against dryness and irritation. It does have a bit specific herbal or earthy smell, but it disappears within seconds and I actually like it because it is very natural.

Deze toner hydrateerd de huid goed , is zuinig in gebruik , ik doe een beetje in mijn handen en breng het aan .

Really nice texture, absorbs quickly and leaves a healthy glow on my skin. Feels really nice and doesn't have a scent, which I also like. I just splash a bit on my hands and dab it on my face, which works really well.

Love it.. don't know if it is only reason why my skin got better (calmer) or not .... but I do enjoy it

I really like this product. It has a light consistency and absorbs very well without leaving any stickiness behind. After applying it the skin feels smoother and very soft, and I feel it has helped with acne that I sometimes had. It does have a bit of an earthy smell which I really don't mind, and it goes away a few minutes after applying it on the skin. I will buy it again

Verliefd op dit product! Mijn huid ziet er enorm gehydrateerd en gezond uit. Weg doffe en vermoeide huid! Bestaat uit maar 1 ingrediënt, alleen daarom al ben ik fan. Geen toegevoegde onzin, gewoon puur product. Ook heel blij mee wegens mijn gistpuistjes/fungal acne. Dit ga ik nog heel vaak bestellen denk ik!

Werkt erg verkoelend. Echt actieve "verbetering" heb ik tijdens het gebruiken niet echt gemerkt. Ik heb wat couperose en soms wat roodheden, maar dit product maakte dat niet per se meer of minder. Dit is echt wel een aanrader voor als je je verbrand hebt! Het product hydrateert en verzorgt, met verkoeling. Omdat ik niet echt probleemzones heb waar dit product specifiek verbetering voor biedt, zal ik het niet opnieuw kopen, daarvoor is het te prijzig, maar ik ben blij dat ik het geprobeerd hebt.

I ordered it based on the reviews. It smells very earthy and herbal which makes me feel very witchy when using it (but may not be to everyone's tastes). It's only one ingredient so I haven't had a bad reaction to it. I haven't been using it for very long but I like it so far. My skin feels more even and less red. Very pretty earthy packaging. Although, at the start I put it on using a cotton pad but I realised that wastes product so I just slosh it directly on to my face now.

Heel fijn product. Trekt goed in de huid. Volgens mij verzacht het zeker en vast mijn gevoelige huid (rosacea en soms acne). Ik gebruik het nu een goede maand, in combinatie met nog andere producten, en zie toch al vooruitgang!

Werkt zeer kalmerend, zeker als ik last heb van roodheden en irritaties. Ook fijn om te genruiken als masker, enkele watjes er in laten weken en klaar om als masker te gebruiken.

Love this essence! I have kept on repurchasing it everytime, and even if I try something new I keep on coming back to it. Very moisturizing, really soothing, and really good for making your own sheetmasks.

Sinds kort last van eczeem die stress, daarom dat ik deze wilde proberen voor het rode in mijn huis weg te krijgen. Dat is gelukt, maar nog meer vind ik dat die deze 2 maal per dag te gebruiken vind ik dat mijn huid een frisse gloed heeft. Heel tevreden.

Erg prettig voor mijn vochtarme acné gevoelige huid. Na het aanbrengen zijn rode vlekjes enorm verminderd en ziet mijn huid er rustig en gehydrateerd uit. I.c.m het mugwort masker echt perfect

Een absolute must have voor mijn skincare. Nooit geweten dat een toner zoveel verschil kon maken. Mijn huid is er oprecht egaler van geworden en minder onzuiverheden. Ik kan niet zonder meer

I haven't been using it for that long so I can't tell the difference just yet. It's hydrating and it hasn't broken me out, so for now it's doing a good job.

Good essence, leaves the skin with a nice glow and it looks healthy, the fragrance is interesting but not bad, doesn’t irritate the skin since the fragrance is barely there. Overall would say it is very good, and I would repurchase it. Also the bottle has a lot of product, will last for a long time.

Sehr leichte Essenz, beruhigend und angenehm auf der Haut.

I’m still trying to figure out how this essence works on my skin.. I did notice that even though I stopped using acids and other harsh chemicals on my skin, this essence gives me the same glow and healthy look. I don’t know if this product in particular helps me with acne or calming down my skin but I’ll come back when I use it more

Pricey, but worth the money as a little goes a long way as I’m not even at 1/4 of the bottle after using it for 6 months. It has a watery, yet thick, consistency and I apply it after I’ve cleansed my face, followed by a moisturiser and sunscreen. It has helped reduce my acne, and happy to see an ingredient agreeing with my acne-prone skin.

Een weldaad voor m’n droge huid. Onmiddellijk voelbaar wanneer je het aanbrengt en een perfecte aanvulling na de I’m From rice toner.

Ik kocht deze essence vooral voor mijn man. Hij heeft snel last van roodheid en dit product helpt hem om het te verlichten. Zijn roodheid is binnen enkele minuten al veel minder. Het product voelt ook zeer goed aan. Het heeft een waterachtige, maar toch 'dikke' textuur. Je kan het zowel op een watje als op je handen doen en dan op je gezicht aanbrengen. Ik zal dit product blijven kopen!

Het is een hele lekkere essence waardoor mijn huid opknapt. Minder vlekjes en bultjes. Het voelt ook heel zacht aan op de huid. Top product!

Wat een geweldige serum! Kalmeert mijn huid enorm en werkt onzuiverheden tegen. Onderschat de kracht van een toner niet.

I liked this essence it's really calming !!

this is a pretty expensive essence for me, but i got it in december after seeing it in the article about maskne and it definitely helped a lot!my skin is always soothed and less red when i use it consistently and i get less breakouts. I have been using it a lot and still haven't finished the bottle, three months later so a little goes a long way.

Erg fijn product. Het is prijzig maar je doet er erg lang mee. Vocht inbrengend en kalmerend. Mijn gevoelige huid is er dol op.

I really like this product. It has a lightweight texture and quickly absorbs in the skin without leaving greasy. I use it every day and night after toning and helps soothe, hydrate, and calm down the skin. I also like that it's natural and that it contains only one ingredient: Mugwort!

Helaas werkt dit niet voor mij.. het irriteert mijn rode gevoelige huid juist nog meer. Was al een tijdje aan het afvragen waarom mijn huid zo brandde na mijn routine, en ik vrees dat dit product de dader is. Vind het zo jammer want ik lees vele goede reviews. Had gehoopt dat het ook voor mij zou werken.

I just started using this, and I am still waiting to see how it improves my skin but as someone with pretty sensitive skin I'm impressed! I have no reactions or redness when I put this on and it's my feel good part of my skin routine. I also love the soft smell it has.

Super product! Heel hydraterend en maakt rode plekjes als gevolg van puistjes heel rustig; minder rood en minder heftige acne. Zeker het geld waard!

Dit product is super! Ik heb deze gekocht omdat ik na nooit last te hebben van acne, er nu plots veel van kreeg onder mijn mondmaskers. Na het lezen van de blog hier heb ik deze gekocht icm purito patches en night mask. Een week later is het veel minder ontstoken, vooral door deze essence! Super!

Love this. The package is glass and looks pretty. The consistency is quite watery and absorbed by my skin so quickly. I actually find the smell to be really nice, herbal and fresh. I feel like it calmed down my skin quite a bit.

Kalmeert goed puistjes, en geeft me een mooie dewy glow! De essence voelt meer aan zoals een toner, maar voelt fijn en niet plakkerig. Heeft een lichte aangename geur, zeker geen overheersend parfum! Het is een topper die ik nog ga kopen.

This essence has become a must have in my routine. Calms and hydrates. At first application you will feel your skin hydrated and soothed. You will notice a visible difference from the first days of use. Redness minimized, break outs at bay and will most definitely be a wonderful addition to a simple routine or when on prescription tretinoin. I got zero irritation from Tret while using this. Highly recommend

Really nice product. Since I have to wear a protective mask most of the time at work, my skin underneath became red and itchy. This product does wonders for that.

This the best essence toner I have used. My skin was very dry and irritated and after using multiple layers of this combined with the cosrx galactomycine it saved my skin. It’s very calming. Can’t live without it anymore. Thanks for making this available in the Netherlands @littlewonderland.

Het is te vergelijken met de Shiseido eudermine revitalizing essence. Super hydraterend en maak mijn huid heel glad en zacht. Heb inmiddels mijn tweede flacon besteld met de brand sale terwijl de eerste pas aangebroken was. Voor een product als deze is het zijn geld waard.
