About your role as PR & Influencer Marketeer
As your trusted skincare guide, Little Wonderland inspires and supports thousands of customers every day. Our mission: to provide the best products, knowledge, and experience so that everyone can get the most out of their skin.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for strengthening our brand identity through PR, influencer marketing, and social content.
You’ll design creative campaigns, build strong relationships with influencers and press, and create social content that resonates with our audience.
From setting up influencer campaigns and organizing PR events to producing Instagram Reels and TikTok videos, you’ll bring our brand stories to life and make sure they’re seen — and shared.
You’ll work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams and report directly to the Head of Brand & Digital. Together, you’ll ensure that Little Wonderland inspires and connects online, while keeping our brand identity consistent and distinctive.
Your responsibilities
Setting up and coordinating influencer campaigns, from selection and briefing to execution and evaluation.
Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, press, and content creators.
Organizing PR and influencer events, such as product launches, collaborations, and brand activations.
Creating brand stories and press releases that bring our vision and products to life.
Developing engaging social content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, stories, and posts.
Identifying trends and opportunities in influencer marketing, PR, and social media.
Analyzing and reporting on campaign results, ensuring continuous optimization.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work level).
2–4 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, social content creation, or brand marketing, preferably in beauty, retail, or lifestyle.
Creative mindset combined with a hands-on approach: you can both design and execute campaigns.
Experience in creating and editing photo and video content (e.g., Reels, TikTok).
A strong network or proven experience working with influencers and press is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a fluent, error-free writing style.
Organized and result-driven: you keep oversight and meet deadlines.
Affinity with beauty products, storytelling, and social media trends.
Experience with data analysis and reporting is an advantage.
