About your role as Junior E-commerce Specialist

As your trusted skincare guide, Little Wonderland stands for knowledge, inspiration, and service – helping our customers achieve the very best for their skin. At the heart of this mission is our webshop.

In this role, you will ensure our webshop is always up to date and inspires customers to explore our beauty products. You’ll contribute to the daily management of the shop, support the rollout of marketing campaigns, and be responsible for publishing products and promotions accurately and on time. You’ll also play an active role in improving the online customer journey.

You’ll be part of an enthusiastic, results-driven team and report directly to the Head of Brand & Digital. Together, you’ll make sure our webshop is a place customers love to return to.

Your responsibilities

• Launching products, promotions, and campaigns accurately and on schedule, following planning and guidelines.

• Managing and executing the content calendar, including product descriptions, visuals, and banners.

• Collecting customer and user feedback via tools, reviews, and internal channels to identify improvements.

• Supporting A/B testing for visuals, campaigns, and product information.

• Monitoring and resolving minor technical issues within the CMS or connected systems.

• Preparing standard reports in GA4 or Looker Studio to support ongoing optimization.

• Keeping up with e-commerce and beauty market trends to further develop your knowledge and skills.

• Supporting coordination and alignment of activities to ensure smooth execution and timely product launches.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work level) with relevant experience in e-commerce or online marketing.

• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and product management systems.

• Familiarity with SEO, GA4, and Looker Studio is an advantage.

• Strong affinity with beauty products and a passion for online customer experience.

• Naturally accurate, structured, and detail-oriented.

• Proactive, eager to learn, and always curious to improve.
