As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing, facilitating, and activating online communities for customers across various social media platforms. You will handle Community Management for all our channels and have the opportunity to perfect your skills. You’ll create content and enjoy being in front of the camera as well.

Your responsibilities include:

• Growing LW Cosmetics B.V. by managing and activating online communities across different social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Quickly responding to complaints, assisting with issues, and entertaining fans with witty comments.
• Managing social media calendars and keeping track of updates.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social network updates, trends, and insights, and translating them into actionable content and tactics.
• Monitoring our products, understanding what’s trending among our target audience, and incorporating this into monthly reports.
• Connecting LW with the community and working closely with the marketing team.

What are we looking for?

• Active on multiple social media channels and continuously engaged with new developments within existing and new channels.
• Possibly limited work experience, but eager to gain experience with one of the coolest companies in the Netherlands.
• MBO or HBO work and thinking level.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• Structured work approach in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a flexible attitude.
