I don't see the goodie bag in my shopping cart, will I get it with my
order?
When your shopping cart contains products with a total value of €150, a goodie bag will automatically added to your order. Please note; while stock last!

Are there any goodie bags left?

Is there a difference between the goodie bag from the store and the website?
The goodie bag from the store contains the same gifts as the bag from the website.

Can I also redeem my gift card in the store?
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be redeemed in the store. The gift card needs to be redeemed in our webshop.


Can I pick up my online order in the store?
No, it is not possible to pick up your online order from the store.

I have a VVV voucher, can I exchange it in the store?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange VVV vouchers in the store.
However, the website does have this option available.


Are the opening hours during the week of Black Friday different from normal?
No, the store keeps its usual opening hours during Black Friday Week.


I would like to get advice about products, is this possible?
During Black Friday Week the store provides limited advice. This is mostly based on how many customers there are in the store. Please keep in mind when it is too crowded, advice will not be available.

Our skincare specialists are available online during Black Friday Week to provide advice.

Shipping / Delivery

How long does it take before my package is sent?
We strive to send orders to our customers within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this 100% due to the crowds.


How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
Depending on how busy we are and at DHL, this can sometimes cause some delay

DHL indicates that my package has been delayed, what now?
Due to the high volume of packages, DHL does not always manage your package
deliver within the given time but they try their best delivery as fast
to realise.

My order was delivered according to Track & Trace, but I don't have it
receive?
Sometimes things don't always go as expected and that is of course annoying. About us

I forgot something, can I add it afterwards?
Unfortunately it is not possible to add an extra product to a
pending order, this can easily cause confusion within us
Stockroom. You do have the option to place a new (extra) order.

I have a complaint, how do I make this known?
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about something, but please
