Your Level Points show how active you've been each season. The more you engage, the more you unlock. After each season, your Level Points reset and your new benefits begin.
✧ What are the benefits of each level?
Each level in our Wonder Club unlocks new levels of perks designed to make your skincare journey even more rewarding. The higher your level, the more exclusive the benefits become. The more you engage, the more perks you'll unlock. Your level status resets each season, so keep earning points to maintain or level up your benefits.
✧ I placed an order but didn’t get points. What should I do?
Waited 48 hours and still no points? Reach out to our support team with your order number and account email. We’ll sort it out for you.
✧ How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account or visit our offline store. Use your points for discounts, exclusive products or special gifts.
✧ Can I use my points during sales or promotions?
You can redeem Wonder Points on most items, except during major sitewide sales. Some individual product rewards may still be available. We’ll always let you know what’s possible.
✧ How can I check my points balance?
Log in to your account and open the Wonder Points tab. You’ll see your current balance and yearly status.
✧ What happens to my tier if I don't earn enough points next year?
Your Level Points reset each year. Didn’t earn as much this time? You might unlock fewer rewards.. but next year is a new chance to glow.
