The Blithe UV Protector Airy Sunscreen is a mineral sunscreen enriched with 8 plant extracts for nourishing and skin soothing benefits. The lightweight formula has a watery texture and might leave a slight white cast. The reef safe sunscreen offers strong protection against sun-damage with SPF50+ PA++++.
One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.Â

Ingredients we love
- Vitamin E: A crucial, oil soluble antioxidant in skin. Protects skin from free radical damage and makes skin more resilient against UV rays.
- Green tea extract:Â A powerful antioxidant with UV protective, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial abilities, useful in treating rosacea, acne and atopic dermatitis.
- Polygonum cuspidatum:Â A potent source of antioxidants that combat the negative effects of free radicals on skin, and helps to soothe and calm down irritated skin.
- Apply adequate amount at the last step of basic skin care
- Apply 30 minutes before going out in the sun.
- Reapply every two hours for the perfect sun protection during the outdoor activity.
