During Wonder Week, you get 25% off almost everything at Little Wonderland. Because this is our busiest period of the year, we have collected the most frequently asked questions for you.
Wonder Week promotion and discount
What exactly is included in the Wonder Week promotion?
During Wonder Week, you receive 25% off almost everything. The discount is applied automatically and is visible directly in your shopping cart.
You can also receive gifts during Wonder Week, such as brand gifts through Gift With Purchase promotions and Little Wonderland gifts through the gift module. These gifts are available while stocks last.
When does Wonder Week start and end exactly?
Wonder Week starts on 21 May at 10:00 and runs until 31 May at 23:59.
Does the 25% discount really apply to everything?
The Wonder Week discount applies to almost everything. Sets, bundles, pairs, boxes and similar value combinations are excluded, because these products already have a great price.
Gift cards are also excluded from the discount. Of course, they are still available to buy and make a lovely gift.
Everything else is included in the discount. Shop your favourites in time, because once it is gone, it is gone.
Do I need to enter a discount code for the 25% discount?
No, this is not necessary. The Wonder Week discount is applied automatically and is visible directly in your shopping cart.
Can I use discount codes during Wonder Week?
Yes, discount codes are also valid during Wonder Week.
Can I use my Wonder Points during Wonder Week?
Yes, you can use your Wonder Points during Wonder Week.
Can I use a gift card during Wonder Week?
Yes, gift cards can be used during Wonder Week. Please note: gift cards themselves are excluded from the 25% discount, but you can use them as a payment method in the online shop.
Gifts and GWP's
What is a Gift With Purchase?
A Gift With Purchase, also known as a GWP, is an extra gift from a brand that you receive when your order meets the conditions of that brand promotion.
A GWP is separate from the Little Wonderland gifts. This means that a brand gift can be combined with the gifts you receive through our gift module based on your total order value.
Which GWP's are available during Wonder Week?
During Wonder Week, the following brand gifts are available while stocks last:
- A free Erborian headband from €45 spent on Erborian products (online and in-store).
- A free Unleashia Glitterpedia palette from €15 spent on Unleashia products (online and in-store). - Sold out!
- A free Thank You Farmer Sun Stick from €25 spent on Thank You Farmer products (online only).
Which gifts can I receive from Little Wonderland?
In addition to any brand gifts, you can receive Little Wonderland gifts through the gift module based on your total order value. These gifts can be selected online through the gift module. The Mystery Goodiebag is also available in store, while stocks last.
From €40, you receive free masks and free shipping. In the gift module, while stocks last, you can also select the following gifts:
- From €65: a random Frudia My Orchard hand cream.
- From €99: a voucher worth €10.
- From €149: a Mystery Goodie Bag worth more than €100.
Can I receive multiple gifts at the same time?
Yes, you can. Brand gifts and Little Wonderland gifts can be combined, as long as your order meets the conditions and the gifts are still in stock.
For example: if you order €45 or more in Erborian products, you can receive the Erborian headband. If you also order €25 or more in Thank You Farmer products, you can receive the Thank You Farmer Sun Stick as well. Your total order value also counts towards the gifts in the gift module.
I do not see my gift or GWP in the gift module. What should I do?
First, check whether your shopping cart meets the conditions of the gift. For a GWP, this is based on the amount spent on products from the specific brand. For Little Wonderland gifts, this is based on your total order value.
If you still do not see the gift, it may no longer be in stock. All gifts are available while stocks last.
Goodie bag
From what amount do I receive a goodie bag?
With a spend of €149 or more, you will automatically get the option to select a Mystery Goodie Bag worth more than €100.
The goodie bag is available from a checkout value of €149. This means your shopping cart must be at least €149 after discount.
What is inside the Mystery Goodie Bag?
The goodie bag is a Mystery Goodie Bag. The contents have a value of more than €100.
Because it is a mystery goodie bag, the contents may vary per goodie bag.
I do not see the goodie bag in my shopping cart. Will I receive it with my order?
As soon as your shopping cart has a value of €149 or more after discount, the goodie bag will automatically become available in the gift module. You can then select it yourself.
Please note: the goodie bag is available while stocks last.
Are there still goodie bags available?
If the goodie bags are no longer in stock, we will mention this on the website. The goodie bag can then no longer be selected in the gift module.
Is there a difference between the goodie bag in store and online?
No, the same goodie bag is available both in store and online.
Store
Can I redeem my gift card in store?
No, our gift cards can only be redeemed in the online shop. Gift cards cannot be redeemed in store.
Can I pick up my online order in store?
No, online orders are always delivered by our delivery partners.
I have a VVV voucher. Can I redeem it in store?
The VVV voucher can be redeemed via the online shop.
Shipping and delivery
How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered?
Because of all the lovely offers during Wonder Week, we make a lot of customers happy. During this period, we ship many more orders than usual.
Everyone at Little Wonderland and our delivery partners is doing everything they can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that delays may occur during Wonder Week.
My order is marked as delivered in Track & Trace, but I have not received it. What should I do?
Sometimes things do not go as expected, and of course that is frustrating. If you have received a notification that your order has been delivered but you have not received anything, please first check carefully with your neighbours and around your home.
Still cannot find the parcel? Please contact us. We will help you as quickly as possible.
My order has not arrived yet. What can I do?
Has your Track & Trace not received any updates for a few days? And have you already waited 2 extra working days for the delivery of your parcel? Please contact us, and we will be happy to help.
Ordering, changing and cancelling
I forgot something. Can I still add something to my order afterwards?
No, it is not possible to add an extra product to an ongoing order afterwards. This can cause confusion during the packing process.
We kindly ask you to place a new order in this case.
Can I combine two orders?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to combine two orders. Due to the busy period and our packing process, we process each order separately.
Can I still change my order?
No, after placing your order, we unfortunately cannot change it anymore. Please check your details and products carefully before completing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelling is possible according to our usual conditions. Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
During Wonder Week, we process many orders, so we cannot always guarantee that a cancellation can still be made in time.
