The iUNIK Black Snail Restore Serum is a powerfully restorative and hydrating anti-aging serum. With as much as 70% black snail slime, it offers intensive healing effects for the skin. In addition, it is enriched with five superfood extracts packed with antioxidants: black rice, black bean, black sesame, eggplant and sea veil. This unique combination helps keep skin firm and youthful. The serum is suitable for all skin types and consists entirely of natural ingredients, for pure and effective care.
Ingredients we love:
- Snail: Contains a complex skin-beneficial mixture of hyaluronic acid, enzymes, copper peptides, zinc and iron, among others. It shows significant antioxidant activity and makes skin plump, supple and hydrated.
- Rice extract: Rich in over 100 types of antioxidants like vitamin E and ferulic acid and omega fatty acids.
- Rosa canina oil: A soothing, nourishing plant oil rich in fatty acids like linoleic and oleic acid.

First of all I want to clarify that I don't think there is a product that is bad, I think that each person is different and therefore there can be different reactions to the same product. In my case, this product caused a breakout on my face and irritation and I think it is because of the snail ingredient. I have realized through this and other products that contain this ingredient that my skin is very sensitive to it. I hope you have a more favorable experience.
Antes que nada quiero aclarar que no creo que exista un producto que sea malo, creo que cada persona es diferente y por lo tanto puede haber diferentes reacciones ante un mismo producto. En mi caso este producto me provocó un brote en la cara e irritación y creo que es por el ingrediente del caracol. A través de este y otros productos que contienen este ingrediente me he dado cuenta de que mi piel es muy sensible a él. Espero que tengas una experiencia más favorable.

Ok product, lichte serum die snel absorbeert. Maar ik heb niet het gevoel dat het opzichzelfstaande product die voldoende is voor mijn huid. Deze combineer ik met toner en serum, als ik de toner of serum skip geeft deze niet genoeg hydratie.

I absolutely love this product. I was expecting the consistency to be really sticky but it’s a lot more lightweight than expected. Don’t get me wrong it still has that goopy feel like most serums do but compared to what I read online about snail mucin this product is not a sticky as they made it sound. I can say that my skin definitely feels more moisturized and hydrated after using it but as for the long term affects regarding the appearance of my skin it still to early to tell.
But I do recommend this to anyone that wants to try snail mucin. You get great value for your money, 50ml of product is more than most brands will give you. Plus, IUNIK is a great brand. I can’t say much about their serums yet because I just started using them but their other products are amazing (especially the sleeping mask) . It’s best to assume that if this product is made by the same genius that came up with those products, this snail mucin goodness will be just as effective.

Super fijn serum. Trekt super snel in de huid.
Wel iets aan de dikkere/stroperige kant. Waardoor je het gevoel hebt dat je meer nodig hebt. Ik ga sneller door dit serum heen dan bijv. het tea tree serum van iunik.

Ich war selten so unbegeistert von einem Produkt. iUnik hat anscheinend die Formulierung geändert, sodass nun weit, weit weniger als die angepriesenen 70% Snail Secretrion Filtrate enthalten sind. Ich habe es nach einer Weile zur „Handcreme“ degradiert, aber es ist noch nicht einmal hydrierend - sobald es eingezogen ist merkt man keinerlei Veränderung oder Verbesserung. Nicht empfehlenswert.

This is by far the best serum I've ever used so far. It's so lightweight and hydrating at the same time. The niacinamide plus other ingredients keeo the skin supple and fade dark spots after some weeks of use.
On the plus side, its so lightweight that it literally never causes piling, and that makes me love it even more.
Oh, also, 50 ml will last you a veeeery long time!

Nice serum! Hydrates and moisturizes your skin for the whole day. Not sticky or heavy, but very lightweight on the skin. Also good for using as a second serum if you using more than one in your skincare routine. I’ve seen results already after the first week.

Ik wilde een serum voor mijn avond routine aangezien ik mijn vitamine C in de ochtend gebruik en deze niet 2x per dag wil gebruiken.
Dit is een prettig geprijsd serum met een fijne textuur.
Het blijft niet heel plakkerig, trekt goed in en hoe meer hydraterende laagjes ik aanbreng, hoe fijner mijn huid het vind.
Ik vind het lastig om te zeggen of het ook daadwerkelijk resultaat geeft, aangezien ik een makkelijke huid heb zonder onzuiverheden of veel lijntjes/rimpels.
Wat ik wel kan zeggen is dat sinds ik koreaanse skincare producten gebruik (bijna een jaar nu), mijn huid egaler/frisser is geworden, een eventueel pukkeltjes als sneeuw voor de zon verdwijnt en dat mijn huid beter gehydrateerd is.
Dus voor mij niets anders meer :-)

Das Serum hat eine angenehme, dickflüssige Konsistenz. Ich verwende es meist nach einer Clay Maske, vor dem Schlafen gehen und wache mit einem ebenmäßigeren Teint auf.
Pickel verheilen auf deutlich schneller und ich habe das Gefühl, dass meine Poren weniger sichtbar sind. Werde es nochmal kaufen!

I have acne-prone skin and this hasn’t caused me to break out. My skin looks calmer and healthier. I use this after the pyunkang yul essence toner and i think the combination of these two new products have worked wonderfully on my skin (along side the rest of my skin care)

It's an okay product. It has amazing ingredients so may be very beneficial for the skin. It doesn't have any smell and it gets absorbed very quickly. I have been using it for quite a few weeks already but I haven't noticed any difference in my skin sadly. Therefore I give it 4 stars. I may definitely give it a go once again at some point in the future.

This serum is just great! After 1 month of usage, my skin is way more dewy and plump. It just gives that extra needed "zhuzh" for the day, and at the same time, it transforms the skin in the long run.
It absorbs very quickly and is very kind to the skin - no irritation whatsoever for my fairly sensitive skin! Woop, Woop!

Ik heb dit serum gekocht om 's avonds toe te voegen aan mijn skincare routine. Ik heb het enkele weken elke avond gebruikt, maar ik merkte dat ik last kreeg van puistjes in mijn 'tzone. Ik weet nie tof dat door dit product kwma, maar nu gebruik ik het om de dag en de puistjes zijn verdwenen. Hij zit mooi onder make up en laat geen vervelend gevoel achter. Echt verschil merk ik nog niet maar daarvoor gebruik ik het denk ik ook te kort.

I got my roommate on this serum as well, she had amazing skin within 2 weeks just by using this serum (I was very jealous lol). I’ve tried this serum for some time now and I wanted to love it so bad. At best, it’s mediocre.
Pro’s:
- No (noticeable) fragrance
- Feels nice upon application
Con’s:
- Very watery consistency. Makes application very messy, despite the dropper
- My skin is not necessarily sensitive but this serum made me incredibly itchy
- Feels sticky if paired with other products (and since it’s a serum, most people are likely to have a whole routine after that)
- Did not see any noticeable results in my skin

I purchased this product after it was highly recommended by Skincare by Hyram on YouTube and it might be one of the best serums I have ever used! This product really makes a big difference in the redness on my skin but also makes it instantly very soft! The formula is not sticky like I expected but almost watery and slippery. The combination of ingredients really suits my dry/sensitive skin type so I will definitely repurchase.

I was intrigued by the ingredient list as you cannot find Snail Extract normally in a boutique. I am pleasantly surprised by the glass bottle and how classy it looks! I thought the serum would smell but that is not the case! The serum is easy to apply, a little bit sticky afterwards but that can be overlooked. It is perfect for dry and sensitive skin! I follow up with a moisturiser to get the best hydration out of it. Niacinamide also helps to brighten the skin and improve the skin texture! The serum is definitely worth it with all the benefits coming with it.

Really like this serum
The ingredient list is great, love the glass package, does not leak at all even if I travel.
I just finished my bottle and will definitely reorder. This serum was first of all calming, made a massive difference for my highly sensitive skin, but it also improve my skin texture a lot (probably thanks to the niacinamide), and my skin felt plumper and brighter !
Such a good price point for such a quality product ! Definitely recommend it

Ik heb een droge, gevoelige huid met wat roodheid en rode pigmentatie overgebleven van acne. Ik gebruik dit serum zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds, het hydrateert voldoende en lijkt mijn huid wat te kalmeren, de roodheid op mijn wangen en rond mijn neus is al gezakt sinds ik het gebruik. Twee hele rode stippen die ik nog overhad van puistjes lijken al wat vervaagd! Aanrader.

Perhaps, my fav product of iUNIK. Snail music effectively heals the skin while niacinamide fades post-acne pigmentation. No-odds ingredient list makes this product suitable for both oily and dry skin, especially if you have a weakened lipid barrier (like I do). Beautiful formula for such affordable price! Highly recommended.

Ik wilde een serum voor mijn avond routine aangezien ik mijn vitamine C in de ochtend gebruik en deze niet 2x per dag wil gebruiken.
Dit is een prettig geprijsd serum met een fijne textuur.
Het blijft niet heel plakkerig, trekt goed in en hoe meer hydraterende laagjes ik aanbreng, hoe fijner mijn huid het vind.
Ik vind het lastig om te zeggen of het ook daadwerkelijk resultaat geeft, aangezien ik een makkelijke huid heb zonder onzuiverheden of veel lijntjes/rimpels.
Wat ik wel kan zeggen is dat sinds ik koreaanse skincare producten gebruik (bijna een jaar nu), mijn huid egaler/frisser is geworden, een eventueel pukkeltjes als sneeuw voor de zon verdwijnt en dat mijn huid beter gehydrateerd is.
Dus voor mij niets anders meer :-)

It's an okay product. It has amazing ingredients so may be very beneficial for the skin. It doesn't have any smell and it gets absorbed very quickly. I have been using it for quite a few weeks already but I haven't noticed any difference in my skin sadly. Therefore I give it 4 stars. - My skin is not necessarily sensitive but this serum made me incredibly itchy
- Feels sticky if paired with other products (and since it’s a serum, most people are likely to have a whole routine after that)

I purchased this product after it was highly recommended by Skincare by Hyram on YouTube and it might be one of the best serums I have ever used! This product really makes a big difference in the redness on my skin but also makes it instantly very soft! The formula is not sticky like I expected but almost watery and slippery. I was intrigued by the ingredient list as you cannot find Snail Extract normally in a boutique. I am pleasantly surprised by the glass bottle and how classy it looks! I thought the serum would smell but that is not the case! The serum is easy to apply, a little bit sticky afterwards but that can be overlooked. It is perfect for dry and sensitive skin! I follow up with a moisturiser to get the best hydration out of it. Niacinamide also helps to brighten the skin and improve the skin texture! The serum is definitely worth it with all the benefits coming with it.

The ingredient list is great, love the glass package, does not leak at all even if I travel.
I just finished my bottle and will definitely reorder. This serum was first of all calming, made a massive difference for my highly sensitive skin, but it also improve my skin texture a lot (probably thanks to the niacinamide), and my skin felt plumper and brighter !

First of all I want to clarify that I don't think there is a product that is bad, I think that each person is different and therefore there can be different reactions to the same product. In my case, this product caused a breakout on my face and irritation and I think it is because of the snail ingredient. I have realized through this and other products that contain this ingredient that my skin is very sensitive to it. I hope you have a more favorable experience.
Antes que nada quiero aclarar que no creo que exista un producto que sea malo, creo que cada persona es diferente y por lo tanto puede haber diferentes reacciones ante un mismo producto. En mi caso este producto me provocó un brote en la cara e irritación y creo que es por el ingrediente del caracol. A través de este y otros productos que contienen este ingrediente me he dado cuenta de que mi piel es muy sensible a él. Espero que tengas una experiencia más favorable.

I absolutely love this product. I was expecting the consistency to be really sticky but it’s a lot more lightweight than expected. Don’t get me wrong it still has that goopy feel like most serums do but compared to what I read online about snail mucin this product is not a sticky as they made it sound. I can say that my skin definitely feels more moisturized and hydrated after using it but as for the long term affects regarding the appearance of my skin it still to early to tell.
But I do recommend this to anyone that wants to try snail mucin. You get great value for your money, 50ml of product is more than most brands will give you. Plus, IUNIK is a great brand. I can’t say much about their serums yet because I just started using them but their other products are amazing (especially the sleeping mask) . It’s best to assume that if this product is made by the same genius that came up with those products, this snail mucin goodness will be just as effective.

Ich war selten so unbegeistert von einem Produkt. iUnik hat anscheinend die Formulierung geändert, sodass nun weit, weit weniger als die angepriesenen 70% Snail Secretrion Filtrate enthalten sind. Ich habe es nach einer Weile zur „Handcreme“ degradiert, aber es ist noch nicht einmal hydrierend - sobald es eingezogen ist merkt man keinerlei Veränderung oder Verbesserung. Nicht empfehlenswert.

This is by far the best serum I've ever used so far. It's so lightweight and hydrating at the same time. The niacinamide plus other ingredients keeo the skin supple and fade dark spots after some weeks of use.
On the plus side, its so lightweight that it literally never causes piling, and that makes me love it even more.
Oh, also, 50 ml will last you a veeeery long time!

This is my new favorite serum ♥️ I used to try some serums with niacinamide, but they all seem to be a bit sticky and not all of my skin care routine goes well with that. But this is a next level serum. This one absorbes quickly and works perfectly with other products of my day/night skin care.

superfijn product. ik hadheel veel pigment vlekken en oneffenheden en door dit product zoveel verminderd. ook ziet mn huid heel erggezond eruit hierdoor. je doet er ook heel lang mee.

I really love this serum. I use it in combination with the Tea tree one form Iunik (tea tree first, then this) both morning and evening and this routine has really made a difference in evening my skin tone and keeping my acne conrolled. Recommended!

Goed product, goede Ingredientenlijst!
- slakkenslijm voor een herstellende werking vd huid en preventie van zonbeschadiging.
-centella asiatica voor verzachting en wondgenezing, bevorderd aanmaak collageen
Ietwat plakkerig na aanbrengen maar daar merk je niks meer van wanneer je een creme aanbrengt.

Again, a lovely serum from Iunik. My skin feels more plumb, but especially my skin tone has been getting more equal since I am using this product once a day. My sensitive skin has been loving it!

Ik heb een droge, gevoelige huid met wat roodheid en rode pigmentatie overgebleven van acne. Ik gebruik dit serum zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds, het hydrateert voldoende en lijkt mijn huid wat te kalmeren, de roodheid op mijn wangen en rond mijn neus is al gezakt sinds ik het gebruik. Twee hele rode stippen die ik nog overhad van puistjes lijken al wat vervaagd! Aanrader.

Such an amazing product!! Even though I have very sensitive skin and it usually breaks out when I am trying new products this one was absolutely perfect. It's not sticky and is absorbed very quickly.

Life saver for my sensitive skin! I had dry patches and every other skin product I have stings. But this stuff has just been great! applies it twice a day and it calmed and soothed my skin, hydrated it and helped it heal!

A really good product and highly recommended for dry, sensitive skin. I'm using it in combination with the Beta Glucan moisturiser and the combo is one of the few things that stops my desert-like skin from flaking towards the end of the day. Becoming a big Iunik fan.

Perhaps, my fav product of iUNIK. Snail music effectively heals the skin while niacinamide fades post-acne pigmentation. No-odds ingredient list makes this product suitable for both oily and dry skin, especially if you have a weakened lipid barrier (like I do). Beautiful formula for such affordable price! Highly recommended.
