The iUNIK Black Snail Restore Serum is a powerfully restorative and hydrating anti-aging serum. With as much as 70% black snail slime, it offers intensive healing effects for the skin. In addition, it is enriched with five superfood extracts packed with antioxidants: black rice, black bean, black sesame, eggplant and sea veil. This unique combination helps keep skin firm and youthful. The serum is suitable for all skin types and consists entirely of natural ingredients, for pure and effective care.
Ingredients we love:
- Snail: Contains a complex skin-beneficial mixture of hyaluronic acid, enzymes, copper peptides, zinc and iron, among others. It shows significant antioxidant activity and makes skin plump, supple and hydrated.
- Rice extract: Rich in over 100 types of antioxidants like vitamin E and ferulic acid and omega fatty acids.
- Rosa canina oil: A soothing, nourishing plant oil rich in fatty acids like linoleic and oleic acid.

First of all I want to clarify that I don't think there is a product that is bad, I think that each person is different and therefore there can be different reactions to the same product. In my case, this product caused a breakout on my face and irritation and I think it is because of the snail ingredient. I have realized through this and other products that contain this ingredient that my skin is very sensitive to it. I hope you have a more favorable experience.\n\n\nAntes que nada quiero aclarar que no creo que exista un producto que sea malo, creo que cada persona es diferente y por lo tanto puede haber diferentes reacciones ante un mismo producto. I absolutely love this product. I was expecting the consistency to be really sticky but it’s a lot more lightweight than expected. Don’t get me wrong it still has that goopy feel like most serums do but compared to what I read online about snail mucin this product is not a sticky as they made it sound. I can say that my skin definitely feels more moisturized and hydrated after using it but as for the long term affects regarding the appearance of my skin it still to early to tell. \n\nBut I do recommend this to anyone that wants to try snail mucin. You get great value for your money, 50ml of product is more than most brands will give you. Plus, IUNIK is a great brand. I can’t say much about their serums yet because I just started using them but their other products are amazing (especially the sleeping mask) . It’s best to assume that if this product is made by the same genius that came up with those products, this snail mucin goodness will be just as effective."}

Ich war selten so unbegeistert von einem Produkt. iUnik hat anscheinend die Formulierung geändert, sodass nun weit, weit weniger als die angepriesenen 70% Snail Secretrion Filtrate enthalten sind. Ich habe es nach einer Weile zur „Handcreme“ degradiert, aber es ist noch nicht einmal hydrierend - sobald es eingezogen ist merkt man keinerlei Veränderung oder Verbesserung. Nicht empfehlenswert."}

Ik wilde een serum voor mijn avond routine aangezien ik mijn vitamine C in de ochtend gebruik en deze niet 2x per dag wil gebruiken.\nDit is een prettig geprijsd serum met een fijne textuur.\nHet blijft niet heel plakkerig, trekt goed in en hoe meer hydraterende laagjes ik aanbreng, hoe fijner mijn huid het vind.\nIk vind het lastig om te zeggen of het ook daadwerkelijk resultaat geeft, aangezien ik een makkelijke huid heb zonder onzuiverheden of veel lijntjes/rimpels. \nWat ik wel kan zeggen is dat sinds ik koreaanse skincare producten gebruik (bijna een jaar nu), mijn huid egaler/frisser is geworden, een eventueel pukkeltjes als sneeuw voor de zon verdwijnt en dat mijn huid beter gehydrateerd is. \nDus voor mij niets anders meer :-)"}

It's an okay product. It has amazing ingredients so may be very beneficial for the skin. It doesn't have any smell and it gets absorbed very quickly. I have been using it for quite a few weeks already but I haven't noticed any difference in my skin sadly. Therefore I give it 4 stars. Ik heb dit serum gekocht om 's avonds toe te voegen aan mijn skincare routine. Ik heb het enkele weken elke avond gebruikt, maar ik merkte dat ik last kreeg van puistjes in mijn 'tzone. Ik weet nie tof dat door dit product kwma, maar nu gebruik ik het om de dag en de puistjes zijn verdwenen. Hij zit mooi onder make up en laat geen vervelend gevoel achter. At best, it’s mediocre. \n\nPro’s: \n- No (noticeable) fragrance\n- Feels nice upon application \n\nCon’s:\n- Very watery consistency. I was intrigued by the ingredient list as you cannot find Snail Extract normally in a boutique. I am pleasantly surprised by the glass bottle and how classy it looks! I thought the serum would smell but that is not the case! The serum is easy to apply, a little bit sticky afterwards but that can be overlooked. It is perfect for dry and sensitive skin! I follow up with a moisturiser to get the best hydration out of it. Niacinamide also helps to brighten the skin and improve the skin texture! The serum is definitely worth it with all the benefits coming with it."}

Ik heb een droge, gevoelige huid met wat roodheid en rode pigmentatie overgebleven van acne. Ik gebruik dit serum zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds, het hydrateert voldoende en lijkt mijn huid wat te kalmeren, de roodheid op mijn wangen en rond mijn neus is al gezakt sinds ik het gebruik. Twee hele rode stippen die ik nog overhad van puistjes lijken al wat vervaagd! Aanrader.

Perhaps, my fav product of iUNIK. Snail music effectively heals the skin while niacinamide fades post-acne pigmentation. No-odds ingredient list makes this product suitable for both oily and dry skin, especially if you have a weakened lipid barrier (like I do). Beautiful formula for such affordable price! Highly recommended.
