Beauty of Joseon Revive Serum Ginseng + Snail Mucus is a lightweight yet nourishing serum enriched with Hanbang (traditional Korean herbal medicine) ingredients to combat aging and pigmentation. Contains 63% ginseng water and 3% snail mucilage to repair skin and fade scars.
Ingredients we love:
- Ginseng: Ginseng gives the skin an antioxidant boost. Contains several flavanoids and is a rich source of vitamin B. Hydrates, improves skin texture, evens out and firms.
- Snail filtrate/ mucus: Contains a complex skin-beneficial mixture of hyaluronic acid, enzymes, copper peptides, zinc and iron, among others. It shows significant antioxidant activity and makes skin plump, supple and hydrated.
- Licorice: Fades hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Powerful anti-inflammatory effects and antioxidant properties.
Gebruikswijze
- Apply 2-3 drops to clean skin.
- Gently pat into skin until fully absorbed.

A good serum for basic skincare routine, formulated with one of my favorite ingredient. I didn't see any significant changes, but it moisturized and refreshed my skin well. It's worth a try, and when it comes to this BoJ ginseng line, I love essence water.

Dit BoJ serum is redelijk hydraterend geweest voor mijn droge en gedehydrateerde huid. Ook heeft het wat kunnen betekenen voor m'n rosacea. Niet de spectaculaire resultaten waar ik op had gehoopt, maar nog steeds niet ontevreden. Helaas vind ik het serum totaal niet zuinig in gebruik. Je hebt er vrij veel van nodig om het goed uit te kunnen smeren over het gehele gezicht en nek. "}

I put this on at nighttime before my night moisturiser and it’s such a light but hydrating serum, it definitely helps with repairing my skin barrier over night as whenever I wake up after putting this on my skin has no redness and looks sooo clear. It REALLY helped in just getting rid of that redness and my skin feels much more calm and less irritated when I wake up, I especially use this after I use my salicylic acid toner as my skin gets sensitive from time to time."}

Als je een serum zoekt waarbij je binnen een paar dagen een heel duidelijk verschil ziet, dan is dit niet jouw ding. Maar zoek je een fijn serum dat het vochtgehalte in je huid goed ondersteunt, dan zou ik dit serum zeker eens proberen. Zeker in combinatie met de ginseng essence toner en de Dynasty cream! Mijn huid voelt veel minder droog en trekkerig, soepeler en is minder rood. Heel fijn!"}

Similarly to the essence from this line, this is a very pleasant serum. It doesn't irritate my skin, it gets absorbed quickly. However, I am still waiting for some results - I have been using it for almost two weeks but haven't noticed any major improvements in my skin yet."}

WARNING: this product contains Niacinamide, so do not use this in combination with a Vitamin-C product as it counteracts with each other. If you have to, use it at separate times of the day. If you use retinol as well, then I suggest using vitamin c in the morning and in the evening use this product before putting on retinol. This is just from my experience, I’m not a skincare specialist whatsoever so contact your doctor or dermatologist if you’re hesitant please.\n\nThat being said, I can’t live without this anymore! It gives my skin a plump, glowy and fresh look. Ever since I’ve been using it my face seems much more moisturized and smooth. The product gets absorbed quickly. I wish it were in a bigger bottle and not this expensive :("}

Fijn product voor deze prijs. Geen sterke geur, trekt snel in, gezicht voelt achteraf zacht. Het is echter niet hydraterend genoeg voor mijn droge huid. Het glow serum werkt voor mij beter. Ik heb ook ergens gelezen dat de anti-aging effecten van de ginseng niet werken met dit product omdat de ginseng niet van natuurlijke oorsprong is. Ik weet niet wat daarvan aan is, maar ik ben bij deze toch eerder overtuigd van het glow serum. "}
