Essence Sun Pact SPF50+ PA+++

The VT Cosmetics Essence Sun Pact SPF50+ PA++++ is a sunscreen cushion and skincare product in one. The white and blue essences at the center of the sun pact are beautifully marbled for even application. The sun pact is rich with benefits for all types of skin. Centella asiatica extract reduces inflammation and soothes the skin, antioxidant-rich licorice brightens the skin and evens hyperpigmentation spots, and adenosine strenghtens the skin-barrier while firming the skin. The sun pact has a light texture that absorbs effortlessly and won't leave a white cast. 

One of the most important factors of aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma is (excessive) exposure of the sun. We seperate three kinds of uv rays: UVA (UVA1 has a reach off 340-400 naometer and UVA2 has a reach of 320 en 340 nanometer), UVB (320-280 nm) and UVC (280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozon layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.

• Octinoxate (280-320nm), Zinc Oxide (UVA1- en UVA2, UVB), Ethylhexyl Salicylate (280-320nm), Octrocrylene (peak around 304 nm), Tinosorb S (280-400 nm).

Ingredients we love:

• Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola): A wound healing plant with anti-inflammatory qualities. Stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, hydrates skin and increases the antioxidant levels in skin.
• Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate: A stabilized version of vitamin C with similar proven benefits for skin, and less risk of degrading when exposed to sunlight and air.
• Licorice Extract: Fades hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Powerful anti-inflammatory effects and antioxidant properties.
