The EQQUALBERRY Vitamin Illuminating Toner is a lightweight brightening toner that combines hydration with care for dull, uneven and dehydrated skin. The formula contains Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid, multiple forms of Hyaluronic Acid, Bromelain and several forms of Vitamin C, complemented by Panthenol, Beta-Glucan, Ceramide NP and Cholesterol.
