1. Shake well before use.
2. Hold the mist at a suitable distance from the skin.
3. Spray evenly over the skin and spread with the hands if needed.
4. Do not spray directly onto the face. Spray into the hands first, then apply to the face.
5. Apply generously before sun exposure.
6. Reapply regularly, especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying.
