The Dear Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Essence Toner is a brightening and hydrating toner that revitalizes the skin and helps reduce hyperpigmentation. Formulated with encapsulated Vitamin C, Liposomal Glutathione, and Rice PDRN, it improves skin tone and boosts radiance. With five types of Hyaluronic Acid and Ceramide NP, it strengthens the skin barrier and delivers deep hydration, while PHA gently exfoliates for a smoother, clearer complexion.
