Nothing calms down my acne and irritations like this toner. I don't use it daily, just when skin troubles arise. My skin looks less red/irritated instantly. Yes it's not very hydrating but that is not the purpose of this toner. It's meant to combat skin irritation and it does exactly that. I personally love the herbal smell, so much that I have started to look for mugwort tea

The KING of Mugwort Essences - it calms ACNE PRONE skin (not sensitive skin - it has fermented ingredients = exfoliatiion) but it can help certain types of redness etc. and is definitely anti-inflammatory and cleans out the area pretty WELL!!!\nThis guy is the BEST to kill my closed comedonal acne (white-heads - which is HARD to find products for). It’s quite concentrated/strong so DON’T use too much if you want to use it everyday!!!!

It was a nightmare for me. Extremely drying , which is very disappointing since it is described as a moisturising and soothing product. My skin is not dry, I have been using skin barrier restoring products for a long time,it is well nourished and this essence has dried it out to the point where I felt great discomfort. I applied it on my face with my hands, as you usually do with essences, and I noticed that even the skin on the inside of my hands was unusually dry as if I used some alcohol ! I have used only a fraction of it, but I can't give it to anyone , because I wouldn't like to mess with their skin barrier. Concidering the price point- total disappointment. "}

Fantastic stuff. I bought it to calm my skin that got very irritated through combination of cold weather, dry conditioned office air and me continuing to use acidic toner. The state of my skin was pretty bad when I received the product. After one day of use (morning, evening) I got immediate relief. After 4 days no signs of irritation left. After 1 week I noticed that it also very well hydrates the skin. After 3 weeks I have fantastic skin color, no red or dry patches, skin doesn't feel dry in the slightest. Very much recommended against dryness and irritation. It does have a bit specific herbal or earthy smell, but it disappears within seconds and I actually like it because it is very natural. "}

Really nice texture, absorbs quickly and leaves a healthy glow on my skin. Feels really nice and doesn't have a scent, which I also like. I just splash a bit on my hands and dab it on my face, which works really well. "}

I really like this product. It has a light consistency and absorbs very well without leaving any stickiness behind. After applying it the skin feels smoother and very soft, and I feel it has helped with acne that I sometimes had. It does have a bit of an earthy smell which I really don't mind, and it goes away a few minutes after applying it on the skin. I will buy it again"}

Verliefd op dit product! Mijn huid ziet er enorm gehydrateerd en gezond uit. Weg doffe en vermoeide huid! Bestaat uit maar 1 ingrediënt, alleen daarom al ben ik fan. Geen toegevoegde onzin, gewoon puur product. Ook heel blij mee wegens mijn gistpuistjes/fungal acne. Dit ga ik nog heel vaak bestellen denk ik! "}

Werkt erg verkoelend. Echt actieve \"verbetering\" heb ik tijdens het gebruiken niet echt gemerkt. Ik heb wat couperose en soms wat roodheden, maar dit product maakte dat niet per se meer of minder. Dit is echt wel een aanrader voor als je je verbrand hebt! Het product hydrateert en verzorgt, met verkoeling. Omdat ik niet echt probleemzones heb waar dit product specifiek verbetering voor biedt, zal ik het niet opnieuw kopen, daarvoor is het te prijzig, maar ik ben blij dat ik het geprobeerd hebt. "}

I ordered it based on the reviews. It smells very earthy and herbal which makes me feel very witchy when using it (but may not be to everyone's tastes). It's only one ingredient so I haven't had a bad reaction to it. I haven't been using it for very long but I like it so far. My skin feels more even and less red. \nVery pretty earthy packaging. \nAlthough, at the start I put it on using a cotton pad but I realised that wastes product so I just slosh it directly on to my face now. Good essence, leaves the skin with a nice glow and it looks healthy, the fragrance is interesting but not bad, doesn’t irritate the skin since the fragrance is barely there. Overall would say it is very good, and I would repurchase it. Also the bottle has a lot of product, will last for a long time."}

I’m still trying to figure out how this essence works on my skin.. I did notice that even though I stopped using acids and other harsh chemicals on my skin, this essence gives me the same glow and healthy look. I don’t know if this product in particular helps me with acne or calming down my skin but I’ll come back when I use it more"}

Pricey, but worth the money as a little goes a long way as I’m not even at 1/4 of the bottle after using it for 6 months. It has a watery, yet thick, consistency and I apply it after I’ve cleansed my face, followed by a moisturiser and sunscreen. It has helped reduce my acne, and happy to see an ingredient agreeing with my acne-prone skin."}

Het product voelt ook zeer goed aan. Het heeft een waterachtige, maar toch 'dikke' textuur. Je kan het zowel op een watje als op je handen doen en dan op je gezicht aanbrengen. this is a pretty expensive essence for me, but i got it in december after seeing it in the article about maskne and it definitely helped a lot!my skin is always soothed and less red when i use it consistently and i get less breakouts. I have been using it a lot and still haven't finished the bottle, three months later so a little goes a long way. "}

You will notice a visible difference from the first days of use. Redness minimized, break outs at bay and will most definitely be a wonderful addition to a simple routine or when on prescription tretinoin. I got zero irritation from Tret while using this. This product is so good, it hydrates your skin and gives it a calming effect. The smell isn't strong, it's like light woody smell, 100% organic mugwort. I'll definitely buy this product again.

The fact that this product only contains one ingredient is what drew me to it, since my skin is sometimes irritated and sensitive. This product is very soothing and nourishing to the skin and is perfect for protecting you skin barrier. It leaves me with such a beautiful glow.

Het is te vergelijken met de Shiseido eudermine revitalizing essence. Super hydraterend en maak mijn huid heel glad en zacht. Heb inmiddels mijn tweede flacon besteld met de brand sale terwijl de eerste pas aangebroken was. Voor een product als deze is het zijn geld waard.
