The Biodance Sea Kelp Gel Toner Pads are designed to provide intensive calming care and oil control through a unique blend of sea kelp extract and deep sea water. This combination helps balance the skin's pH, soothe irritation, and restore stability to sensitive or troubled skin.
Infused with Lactobacillus/Kelp Ferment Filtrate, which is five times more potent than traditional Centella Asiatica, these toner pads are ideal for breakout-prone and oily skin. The lightweight gel texture delivers cooling hydration without irritation.
